pillsMedical bag

In order to provide good treatment, a doctor needs a medical bag. Prior to departure, you will be issued with an individually-tailored medical pack containing prescription and non-prescription drugs required to treat the medical problems most commonly encountered by travellers in remote areas. When you call in for advice, the doctor will direct you when and how to initiate, monitor and complete treatment for your particular medical problem and your set of circumstances.

How do I get hold of a medical bag?

Medical bags are issued to named individuals. You will complete an online medical questionnaire, and may be asked to speak to our doctor on the phone. The doctor will make sure your bag is tailored to you and your itinerary. Your bag will be sent to you by courier, or you can opt to pick it up in person from our offices. Please contact us in the first instance.
