Organisational structures, reporting lines and areas of responsibility evolve through many processes - some positive, some negative. Expedient solutions become embedded and continue long after the appropriateness has lapsed. Structures are notoriously hard for staff to self-evaluate and can be resistant to development.

Our consultancy assists with operational effectiveness, commercial economies and functional utility by looking at organisational structures alongside the processes to maximise the clarity and appropriateness of departmental responsibilities and reporting, especially when distributed across countries and continents. For example, closing off gaps in responsibilities and reallocating responsibilities to make most effective use of personnel and resources, integrating appropriate components together to improve the functioning of the safety management system.

Senior management have less access to support and training than the staff they manage. Our consultants have experience of working with government ministers and chief executives they have personal senior management experience and provide guidance to all levels of organisations.
